Notes:

Pale gold in colour. Orange blossom and perfume -y aromas dominate, nuances of lime and pomme fruit and a hint of wild honey. A medium bodied wine with good mid palate width, a fresh acidity and lingering dry finish.

All varietals was harvested and fermented individually then blended to perfection. The chardonnay was fermented with the addition of French oak staves. 72 % chardonnay ,19 % viognier ,9 % Pinot Gris

Vinyards:

The vineyards are all located on the valley floor. The vineyards are all trellised using a Perold five wire system. The vineyards were established in 2009 and bore their first fruit in 2012.
