Notes:

Bright straw hue, citrus galore from juicy orange, lemon and grapefruit to pith on the finish. Richly textured from time on skin, lees an French oak, ripe at 14.5% alcohol.

Fermented with French oak staves, extended skin and less contact

Vinyards:

The vineyards are all trellised using a Perold five wire system. The vineyards were established in 2009 and bared its first fruit in 2012.
